Chocolate Cake recipe with simple decoration

Yesterday I made a cake with my daughter, Salma and I try to decorate it very simply hehe...
I share the recipe, who knew there was going to make a cake. The following recipe that I use.
Material:
8 egg yolks
4 egg white
100 grams granulated sugar
50 grams of wheat flour
30 chocolate powder
15 grams milk powder
20 cornstarch
100 grams melted margarine
1 / 2 teaspoon brown paste
2 teaspoons SP (SP, I mean cake emulsifier, you can read here )
Method:
Beat eggs, sugar, SP until thickened white.
Enter a chocolate paste.
Enter the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, milk powder which had sifted.
Enter Margarine melted, stir well while in.
Pour batter into baking pan.
Oven 20 minutes to spare 180 degrees Celsius until cooked.
You can decorate cakes with fondant, edible image or cream.
I try to decorate this cake with cream.
The following recipe cream:
Cream Ingredients:
- 1 / 2 kg white butter.
- 1 / 4 kg yellow butter.
- 400 grams powdered sugar
- food coloring
How to make Cream:
- Mix all ingredients whipped at high speed until fluffy and smooth white.
- Cream is ready for use.
And now the cake is ready for the event, such as birthdays....tarrraaaa.... :)
