cooking chicken tikka
chicken tikka ready to eat :)
Ingredients:
- Halal chicken breast
- yoghurt
- tandoori spices
- salt
- ginger
- garlic
- lemon juice
- paprika extract
- emulsifier (E 451) Emulsifier pernah dibahas disini.
- flavour enhancer (E 621)
Mix with all the spices, let stand half an hour until the flavors mingle. Store in freezer. Freshly cooked straight from the freezer.
Cooking instructions
1. Oven/grill:
Place frozen chicken tikka on a rack in 225oC (430oF) pre-heated oven for 10-20 minutes or under a pre-heated hot grill for 6-7 minutes, turning once. Brush melted fat during cooking a lightly.
2. Pan:
Pre-heat a lightly greased pan and cook frozen chicken tikka at medium heat for 6-7 minutes, turning frequently.
3. Barbeque:
Place frozen chicken tikka on a grill, over a hot barbeque or thaw, skewer and roast over a hot barbeque, until cooked.
