Milkfish Bumbu Bali Recipe (Resep bandeng bumbu Bali)
Material I:
500 grams milkfish, clean
250 ml oil for frying
50 ml cooking oil
2 tomatoes, for 8 parts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Materials II (Blend):
1 tablespoon coriander
3 cm turmeric old
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml water
Blend:
10 pcs red chilli
5 pcs red onion
3 cloves garlic
3 cm ginger
4 items hazelnut
Directions:
1. Marinate the fish with material II, let stand 15 minutes, then fried in hot oil until golden medium
2. Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant, put tomatoes, soy sauce, and 100 ml of water. Crushed tomatoes and cook until the water is somewhat reduced.
3. Enter your fish, cook until the spices absorb. Lift.
Tips:
• To reduce the smell of soil in milkfish, milkfish soak that have been cut into pieces with turmeric and salt water for a long time (about 1 hour).
